 Israel has already made an app on the phone that locates your gps position and how bad the area you are staying is affected by covid from 1 to 10, 1 being the lowest or none and 10 for high infection rates. If you are in a zone of 4 and travel in a zone of 9 you will automatically get at home a testing kit delivered. That is total human control and for them to get approval for the app they need the signed paper of the general attorney of state. Why would they need the approval of the general attorney? Because they are killing freedom.  More than likely NHS waiting lists will become that next political hot potato as covid, hopefully, recedes. I had to travel out of area for a procedure on Monday and was happy, and grateful, to do so. I realise that all may not be able to do this and I appreciate that but I do think it would be helpful for those who can in aid of reducing lists and waiting times. When I had my bone marrow transplant I was facing a month in hospital but they offered ambulatory care. As long as I had someone with me 24/7 I could go into the hospital in the morning but spend nights at a nearby hotel. I had emergency numbers to call and felt supported by specialist nurses.  Myanmar military carried out atrocities, rape , torture and persecution against Rohingya minority couple of years ago .there was no outcry from bbc , certainly not on this scale.
