 Mar 5, 2012 Having read so many of the comments on this I find it rather humorous. We have all those who want to save the planet, blame humans for all the problems but don't accept evolution of man. Man is responsible for everything that has progressed the world to where it is now, would they rather we were still in caves, shacks or tents? Battery powered travel is wonderful but my god the people who actually have to mine the materials, a death sentence. How do we recycle the power packs is another issue, currently there is no way which is beneficial to the environment. Please have a go but don't expect a reply. All Ray's and sharks are at threat of extinction. They get caught in fishing nets and there needs to be more regulation in this regard. Not to mention millions are caught and have their fins cut off and then tossed back in the water for soup for the chinese market. The environment is in a very sad state. If the ray named Hedge trimmer is on the verge of extinction it is the duty of the humans to protect and preserve it ,

 The west has imposed sanctions on Putin and Putin has done the same, these sanctions seems to be less consequential to the general view but they have serious diplomatic implications only to be understood by the people involved, how I wish United Nations can do more in finding solution to the stand off between Russia and the westerner block because by the end of the day all of these sanctions are affecting innocent people across the world.
