Not an "inexcusable attack" by any means... And of course women do not need to be protected by men. That is so not the point.. The point is the act of standing up for your spouse is a respectable and honorable act. Mimi O'Brien I’ve always been a fan of his, however, this was inexcusable, childish behavior by a man that has issues with his “wife”, who took it out on someone else! Definitely wasn't inexcusable. I don't think violence is the answer but it was just a slap and it was very much deserved. Will isn't the issue here, Chris is! It's absolutely baffling how so many people can't see that! Personally Chris Rock had it coming these so called comedians need to be taken down a peg or two with their cheap shots at personalities on a great night especially for Will Chris Rock made that happen and could have potentially ruined this for Will Smith, he should have keot what he said on his own shows,

  I was crying and in a distressed state, and a gentleman on the way that I saw approached me to check I was ok and said he would walk me home. I felt like I couldn’t say no, and luckily for my sake he was one of the good ones and actually did walk me to my door and then leave without hurting me. Looking back, that could have so easily ended up differently. In hindsight I wasn’t in the right frame of mine to be going out and partying because that’s something I would never do now. I just feel so much for the women who have no choice but to walk places alone frequently, because it must be so draining on a regular basis.
