Relocation of younger family members....extended working hours .....elders still working at 66 years......leaves little room for gatherings. Dahlia Payne the MHA does indeed require doctors & other profesionals to act: 1. He missed multiple gp appointments & refused to engage with mental health teams; why wasn't this chased up?
